| CHANCE MEETINGSFree and Open to All |
| Monday, Feb 2nd • 5-7 pm @ The Virginian |
The most valuable connections don’t stop at introductions—they deepen through meaningful exchange and follow-up. Our next Chance Meetings on Monday, February 2nd will feature Needs & Leads, a structured, high-impact networking session designed to move beyond surface-level conversations and unlock the true power of the Silicon Couloir community.
Participants will break into small, facilitated groups of 10–12 people. Each person will briefly share a clear, current need—professional, business, or otherwise—followed by group members offering relevant leads such as contacts, resources, ideas, or next-step conversations. To ensure a productive experience, participants should arrive prepared with a clear, concise need, honor confidentiality, and engage in a process guided by facilitators to keep discussions focused and equitable. |

TONIGHT • 5-7 pm @ Lula Wine Bar & Bistro, Driggs, ID |
In small communities—especially entrepreneurial ecosystems—the quality of our communication shapes our relationships, leadership, and results. At this gathering on Monday, January 26th from 5–7pm at Lula Wine Bar and Bistro in Driggs, ID, writer and community leader Sue Muncaster explores courageous communication: speaking honestly and listening generously while staying grounded in dignity and shared purpose.
Drawing on 25+ years as an entrepreneur, storyteller, and civic leader in the Tetons, Sue shares practical tools for navigating disagreement, building trust, and reducing reactivity. This session is designed for founders, leaders, creatives, and community builders who believe healthy organizations and resilient communities begin with how we speak—and how we listen—turning tension into creativity rather than division.
