Common questions
We don't file on your behalf, but we're happy to point you in the right direction. Wyoming LLC registrations are handled through the Wyoming Secretary of State's office at sos.wyo.gov. Many members use a registered agent service or attorney to complete the filing — once your entity is formed, your virtual office address at 140 E Broadway can be used as your principal business address.
Yes. All plans include a sublease agreement for 140 E Broadway Ave, Suite 25, Jackson, WY 83001. This is a real street address — not a P.O. box — at a working coworking space in downtown Jackson Hole.
Once your membership is confirmed and payment is processed, we'll send your sublease agreement within 1–2 business days for digital signature.
Yes — reach out via our contact page and we'll send one over before you commit.
All virtual members use Suite 25, which is the designated suite for The Cowork Space at 140 E Broadway. This is consistent across all sublease agreements and is the address you'll use for business registration and correspondence.
For most banks and lenders, the Virtual Workspace plan — which lists a designated workspace on the sublease — is what's required. The Virtual Mailbox plan works well for state filings, business registration, and general correspondence, but financial institutions that require a dedicated workspace will need the Workspace tier. If you're unsure, check with your bank first or start with Virtual Workspace to be safe.
We are not a CMRA (Commercial Mail Receiving Agency). The Cowork Space is a legitimate coworking facility operated by Silicon Couloir, a Wyoming nonprofit. Because of this, utilities cannot be placed in individual member names at this address — but this is not typically required for business registration or banking purposes.
Mail addressed to your business is received at our front desk, logged, and held for forwarding or pickup. We'll notify you by email when something arrives. For time-sensitive items, we offer scan-and-email so you can see the contents immediately.
Use the following format for all business correspondence and registration:
