Any accredited investor who spends time in the Tetons is welcome to apply. If you’re full-time, part-time, or some-of-the-time and looking for high-return investment opportunities that have been vetted by our screening committee — join us. 

The mission of Teton Angels is to make high-return investments into local companies. Everything that we do is predicated on building a resilient community. Bad actors, malicious conduct, or prospecting will not be tolerated.  

The expectation for group membership is that you have a high likelihood of investing in at least one opportunity within your first two years. If it is your first year as a member, you are not expected to participate until you’ve properly observed the processes and procedures.

Teton Angels screens applications from startups currently fundraising and hosts eight pitch meetings per year (both in person and virtually) to showcase pitches from the best companies building in Wyoming, Montana, and Idaho.

We embrace a collaborative diligence approach and Teton Angels facilitates access to our broad network of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across multiple industries.

Interested investors collaborate on deal negotiation and Teton Angels connects them to additional followers and syndication partners.

There are plenty of opportunities for upleveling your Angel Investing education, working with founders, volunteer positions across screening & diligence, and networking with other like-minded investors.
