Hybrid Noontime Knowledge: KPIs That Matter: Using Metrics to Drive Growth, Focus, and Accountability with Brad Dickey

  • Center for the Arts Conference Room 240 S Glenwood St Jackson, WY (map)

The right metrics can be the difference between guessing and growing. Brad Dickey, founder and CEO of Peak Behavioral Services, learned this firsthand while scaling a healthcare company across Wyoming and Idaho. As a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst, he's helped teams use data as a leadership tool, not just a reporting exercise.

In this hands-on workshop, Brad will guide you through identifying and using key performance indicators (KPIs) that actually drive progress. You'll learn to distinguish actionable metrics from vanity metrics that distract you from what matters, plus practical approaches to automating tracking and reporting.

Beyond the mechanics, the session explores how well-designed KPIs create company cohesion, align teams around shared goals, and drive accountability. Too often, KPIs become punishment tools or inadvertently encourage people to game the system. This workshop reframes them as a positive force that clarifies priorities and builds momentum.

You'll also examine how to select high-impact KPIs for growth decisions—where to invest time, capital, and energy. That includes designing effective metrics for companies and roles that resist easy quantification. You'll leave with clarity on what to track, why it matters, and how to use KPIs as a leadership tool that builds alignment and accountability.

This will be offered as a Hybrid session. A Zoom link sent with registration. Registration is Free and required. Register HERE.
