SOSYSTEMS WINS TETON COUNTY RFP
SOSystems, winner of the 2023 Pitch Day Audience Choice Award, is happy to announce that they won the competitive bidding process and signed the contract with Teton County in November! SOSystems will be implementing their Sep.OS software and become the county’s sole Small Wastewater Facility Permit processor starting at the beginning of the new year.
The County Engineering department has completed their onboarding and training, and they are excited to streamline the permit review process, increase accuracy, and improve regulatory oversight. These changes will support improved water quality initiatives to satisfy mandates from the Water Quality Management Plan. Sep.OS includes integration with existing data sharing processes, including an application portal and data presentation on the County GIS product.
SOSystems is excited to start onboarding local engineers and designers to submit applications completely in-platform for rapid permit responses. The SOSystems team is leveraging this success across Wyoming, as they approach strategic counties and the WYDEQ. The news has also spread further afield, generating increased interest from important regions on the easter seaboard.
Thanks to Silicon Couloir for their continued support!

PURPOSE TO IMPACT WORKSHOP RETURNS FOR 2025
Dear SC Community,
As we’ve learned and discussed over the last two years of Teton Leadership Center conferences, a core component of leadership (whether individually or as a team) is around a clear understanding and awareness of our unique purpose. This clarity provides our energy, power, and true north as we navigate all our business and life activities. But how do we deepen and live that internal understanding?
In 2023, following the inaugural Teton Leadership Center Conference, we piloted with 24 community leaders a Purpose to ImpactTM Program led by a world leader in purpose development, Nick Craig. We are excited to bring him back this winter for a second program. The workshop will be held on 1/29-1/30 in Victor, ID at Dragonfly Lane Farm. The cost is typically $2000, but for those in the TLC/Silicon Couloir community, we are providing a $500 discount.
Here is some of the feedback from last year.
The Purpose to Impact Program was transformational in how I show up in business and with my family and friends. The workshop provided the clarity and tools to make bold and honest decisions to live a truly fulfilling and more successful life. ~ Anna Cole, Jackson Business Leader
The Purpose to Impact workshop was amazing. t helped (along with my small group) to really understand what I am all about as a human being and how I show up every day. ~ Kristen Sheen, Owner of Haagan-Daaz and involved member of many community boards
