Our 15th Annual Pitch Day is set for Thursday, September 24th, 5:00-7:00 PM MT at the Center for the Arts in Jackson, with a reception to follow. It's free and open to the public, and we'll stream it live for anyone who can't join in person.
Pitch Day culminates with our finalist entrepreneurs in front of a judging panel and a live audience. Finalists complete five coaching sessions with experienced business experts in the months before the event, sharpening their concept, financials, and delivery. Cash prizes will be awarded in three categories (to be announced at a later date), and every finalist receives a minimum participation stipend.
This was our most competitive year yet, with a record number of applicants. Thank you to everyone who applied. Here are our 2026 finalists:
Alpine Revival | | Founder: AJ Cargill | Jackson, WY
Alpine Revival is a luxury mountain knitwear brand based in the heart of the Tetons, making performance cashmere apparel and accessories for men and women. With nostalgic, vintage-inspired ski heritage, the brand connects modern consumers with the freedom, joy, and simplicity they crave.
EstateScribe | Founder: Tyler Bass | Jackson, WY
Born inside its own law firm, EstateScribe was built by people who lived the pain of drafting estate plans the old way: hours of redundant data entry, version chaos, and clients left waiting weeks. EstateScribe turns client intake into signing-ready wills and trusts in minutes, so attorneys spend their time counseling clients instead of wrestling documents.
Roots Kitchen & Cannery | Co-Founder: Orion Bellorado | Jackson, WY
Roots Kitchen & Cannery is a regional food manufacturer that turns ingredients from local farms into high-quality, value-added products. By connecting local agriculture, food production, and community, Roots helps build a stronger, more resilient food system across the Greater Yellowstone region.
Visual Engineering | Founder: Cody Hamilton | Pinedale, WY
Visual Engineering aims to remake the coffee equipment market by replacing 20-year-old hardware standards with modular, boilerless efficiency that improves cafe margins. One machine that brews it all.
WYODYNAMICS |Co-Founder: Stephen Elias | Powell, WY
WYODYNAMICS turns waste energy and captured emissions into hard-to-produce, high-value, natural microalgae ingredients for supplements, cosmetics, and animal nutrition. Production runs in sealed photobioreactors of our own design, with physical AI governing the process end to end.
Pitch Day would not be possible with out the support of our Legacy Sponsor, Pirate Ship, and our Innovation Catalyst Sponsors: the University of Wyoming College of Business, Wyoming Venture Capital, Laramie County Community College, and The Virginian Lodge.
Thank you to our Trustee Pitch Day Campaign Contributors:
Approximately 40 volunteers give their time to selection, coaching, and judging each year, and we couldn't run this event without them.
