Theme: Creating High-Performance Teams
Help! I need a simple tool for dealing with group dynamics.

Creating and being a part of a great team is one thing, keeping them functioning well when times are rough is another. The Waterline Model is a tool that helps leaders and groups meet their goals and deal with problems when they arise. We’ll share this diagnostic tool and systematic process for working through the common challenges when teams are having trouble communicating and executing. You’ll get a chance to meet others while learning how to diagnose root cause issues in teams.

Come prepared for a fast-paced and energetic encounter that will expand your understanding of how leaders and high-performance teams work at their best.

John Kanengieter and Ginny Hutchinson are Principals of Zero Point Partners and Senior Fellows of the Wharton School. They work with teams around the globe -- from astronaut crews to sports teams to senior executives in the board room.

Bow Spider Product Launch!

David Merrill, founder of Recreational Archery Development (RAD) and The Bow Spider™ and Start-Up Intensive graduate, recently launched his product, Bow Spider.  Says David, " In 2015, during a back-country hunt with a friend, the trophy of my dreams appeared before me. The bow was strapped to my backpack and beyond my reach. By the time my buddy got the bow released, the bull elk was gone. I swore I would never miss the moment again. I went home and started creating prototypes until I had a product that would fit every bow and every backpack, enabling hunters everywhere to grab their bow and go."  Congratulations, David!
