Theme: Lead Like A Warrior - Applying Leadership Principles From The Battlefield To The Boardroom

In honor of Veterans Day, Silicon Couloir’s November 4th Chance Meeting will feature a presentation by combat veteran and organizational leader, Todd Hanna. Reflecting on his service as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps, his two combat tours in Iraq, and his time leading and training Marines in various environments, Todd will share how the military leadership principles and lessons he learned during his time in service apply to leading companies, organizations, and teams of all types and sizes, across all industries.

If you want to know how a warrior ethos, mindset, and principles can improve your own leadership skills, your team’s effectiveness, and your company’s performance,
this is a program you won’t want to miss!

A passionate, innovative, successful, organizational leader, Todd Hanna has extensive experience creating, leading, and improving organizations in the for-profit and non-profit environments, and is a decorated military veteran, having served two combat tours in Iraq as an officer in the Marine Corps from 2002 - 2008. Todd has led teams and organizations of all sizes and across multiple industries, including real estate, nonprofit, financial services, construction, online publishing, and consumer packaged goods.
