Interested in Funding?

There are two ways to get an opportunity to pitch to Teton Angels. The first is simply to submit an application and the second is to be referred by a member of the angel group, ecosystem partner, or one of our angel friends. Before submitting an application, please review our investment criteria below.

Eligibility

Teton Angels looks at companies across every industry—healthcare, technology, consumer goods, software, and more. Companies that are best suited to pitch to our Angel Group are innovative, led by strong entrepreneurs, and have the potential to yield a high return to investors.

For eligibility, a company must meet one of the following criteria:

• Company has HQ in Wyoming, Montana, or Idaho.

• Company was referred by a Teton Angel member or Community Organization.

• Company was referred by one of our angel friends in another state that has already decided to invest.

• Company is currently raising a minimum of $200k in a Pre-Seed, Seed, or Series A round.

How do I know my business is right for an angel group investment?

Angel investment is the right source of funding for only a small proportion of entrepreneurial businesses. When considering yourself for investment by an individual angel or angel group, ask yourself these key questions:

• Am I willing to give up some amount of ownership and control of my company?

• Can I demonstrate that my company is likely to realize significant revenues and earnings in the next 3-7 years?

• Can I demonstrate that my company will produce a significant return for investors?
