Start Up Intensive Starts April 10th - New Scholarship Opportunities Available

Start-Up Intensive is a program of Central Wyoming College (CWC) and Silicon Couloir. It is at 10-week boot camp in Jackson, WY. The course runs from April 10 through June 14, 2108. 12-14 participants will dedicate three full days per week to class time in addition to working through their ideas after class hours. The class ends with participants presenting their businesses to a panel of experienced advisors. Once the class time program concludes, participants have ten hours of follow up consulting time with a panel of experts to use as they move forward.
Creative Entrepreneur Scholarship - SeeJacksonHole
Calling all creative professionals - marketers, filmmakers, coders, writers, social media experts - SeeJacksonHole (SeeJH.com), a Jackson, WY based web publishing company, is offering a $2500 scholarship to the spring Start Up Intensive as well as a paid side project to the right candidate. Candidates must be based in the greater Teton region. To be considered, please submit a one page letter to email@example.com by February 15. In the letter, please highlight your skills in one of the above-mentioned areas as well as what you’d like to get out of the 10 week Start Up Intensive.
Nonprofit Scholarships - Community Foundation of Jackson Hole & Community Foundation of Teton Valley
Central Wyoming College has partnered with CFJH and CFTV to offer a match scholarship program for two local nonprofits in Jackson (each a $2000 scholarship), and one local nonprofit in Teton County Idaho (one $2000 scholarship). Email firstname.lastname@example.org for additional information.
Sublette County Entrepreneur Scholarship
In Sublette County, to kick-off an initiative to broaden the program regionally, JJ Healy, former Silicon Couloir Trustee and owner of the Double J Ranch in Daniel, will offer a 50% scholarship for one individual from Sublette county to attend the program. Outdoor Industry Entrepreneur Scholarship - Garage Grown Gear
This scholarship is sponsored by Garage Grown Gear and its Founder, Amy Hatch (who is also a Start Up Intensive Alumni). It is a $1000 scholarship for a current or prospective outdoor industry entrepreneur. Housing is available for the 10-week program as well.
