This is an informative, casual, fun networking event that takes place the first Monday of every month from 5 – 7pm at The Rose (50 W Broadway Ave in Jackson). Have an idea? Have a question? Experience to share? Looking for like-minded people? We average 65 – 85 attendees, with new faces in the audience each month. Content ranges from panel discussions to speed networking. Yellowberry, Dust Cutter, Stio and Melvin Brewing are local companies with national reach. But how did these highly successful companies scale and manage their growth while maintaining brand identity and culture?

Megan Grassell-Yellowberry Founder/CEO (https://www.yellowberrycompany.com)
Megan started Yellowberry in March of 2013 as a junior in high school. She took her younger sister shopping for her first bras and was appalled at the overly-sexualized options available for her and other girls her age (tween, 8-14). After realizing there were not great options, Megan decided to find a way to make bras specifically for girls. She launched the company in January of 2014 and began to grow.
Since then, Yellowberry has flourished into something that is much more than a just bra company for girls. It is a brand that is changing the way girls buy bras, making that experience a positive one to remember.

Eric Green is a Fourth Generation native of Jackson Hole. Eric is the Founder of the Dust Cutter Beverage Co., which has grown rapidly in 5 years. They now have product in 40 states in the US and have distribution in the UK, South Korea and Panama.
Eric is also the Founder of DC Racks which is launching its first product, Blaze Controller, in a few weeks. Blaze Controller is a wireless LED lighting controller for the automotive industry.
Stephen Sullivan-Stio® Founder/CEO (https://www.stio.com)
Stephen Sullivan is the Founder/CEO of Stio® a direct to consumer outdoor lifestyle brand based in Jackson, Wyoming. Sullivan was formerly the Founder/CEO of Mountain Origins LLC, a consulting group with a focus in the Outdoor, Snowsports and Fly Fishing industries, and was formerly the Co-Founder/President of Cloudveil®, an outdoor apparel manufacturer.
While at Cloudveil®, a brand that Sullivan founded and led from its inception in 1997 to over $45M in annual retail sales volume by 2008, Sullivan focused on the product, marketing, ecommerce and retail divisions. Sullivan has extensive hands-on experience working closely with over 600 national and international outdoor, snowsports and fly-fishing retailers and distributors including MEC, REI, Orvis, Cabela’s, EMS and SSV.
Sullivan, is a frequent panelist and lecturer in the outdoor/snowsports/fly fishing space and in his free time currently serves as a business mentor to several local and national companies. He is currently a Board Member of MountainHub and Center Management, Inc., and is a hockey coach for Jackson Youth Hockey. Sullivan is the former Vice Chairman of The American Fly Fishing Trade Association, and a previous board member of both Jackson Youth Soccer and 1% for the Tetons. Sullivan holds a BA in Humanities from Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado and lives in Wilson, Wyoming with his wife and three children where he skis, rides, fly fishes and alpine climbs but mostly spends an inordinate amount of time hauling his kids around the western United States to compete in ski races, hockey, lacrosse and soccer tourneys!
Will Morrow-Financial Guru and Chief Adult Supervisor Melvin Brewing (https://melvinbrewing.com)
Will Morrow joined Melvin Brewing after the founder reached out to discuss expansion following winning some major brewing awards. He joined the team in 2014, completing a significant fund raise and establishing a public-private partnership with the state of Wyoming to take Melvin out of the Thai Me Up brewing closet to establish the brand on the national and international stage. He has been involved with every aspect of the company’s growth, from establishing production to signing distribution contracts and driving sales. At Melvin he leads Operations, Finance, and Administration.
Prior to Melvin, Mr. Morrow had a variety of experiences. Most recently, he was a “small cap” investor and growth management consultant, working with growing companies around the US. He was also a founding partner in a Wyoming oilfield services “roll-up”. Mr. Morrow began his professional career in investment banking at Salomon Smith Barney in New York.
