Managing People- Setting Expectations Session Two

In this course Cynthia Blankenship will help you understand how to set clear, documented expectations of your staff. Managing people can be a challenge. This course is designed to provide participants with the tools needed for effective people management, starting with setting and documenting expectations. In addition to creating a roles and responsibilities document, we will role play introducing the concept to employees.

The format of the course will be a combination of presentation, group discussion, and practice giving/receiving feedback.

This event is free and open to the public. Silicon Couloir exists to foster entrepreneurship in the Tetons. Through our programs, local start ups have raised roughly $1.3M in funding over the past year.
